The Violoncello Society of London, in collaboration with Wigmore Hall, presents a day of masterclasses with the revered cellist and teacher Bernard Greenhouse. Selected young cellists perform general repertoire and the Unaccompanied Suites of J.S. Bach. Mr Greenhouse is also interviewed by Ralph Kirshbaum, sharing his memories and collection of archival photographs from his long and distinguished career. This unique DVD celebrates the 90th year of Bernard Greenhouse in an unforgettable film which portrays him at his best.
